Avocados can be added to any cookbook recipe to give you that added nutritional boost. This unique fruit comes power packed with 20 different vitamins and minerals.

And if you need one more reason why you should add them into your meals; they do not contain any cholesterol or sodium, and are low in saturated fat. Bingo!

I have personally hated Avocado- I basically hate anything that is too soft. Until I chanced upon this instagramer : Dinesh Rai.

He whips up some wicked breakfast and they all had one ingredient in common - Avocado!

Here are 5 delicious ways you can have an avocado (or 2 if you like) for breakfast:

Oven Roasted Egg in Avocado

This recipe is perfect the extremely lazy person who hates having to wake up early in the morning, just to make breakfast. This takes approximately 20 mins.

Halve the avocado, scoop out just the centre of the avocado. Break an egg into it, allowing the yolk to fall in, followed by spilling the egg white around it. Pop it in the preheated oven at 425 degrees for about 15-20 mins.

Remove them from the oven and garnish them with herbs of your choice.

As for the flesh you scooped up earlier, dice it up and toss it in a drizzle of lemon juice.

Loaf Toast with Par Boiled Egg and Smashed Avocado

One avocado contains 36% of the daily requirement of vitamin K, 30% of the folate, and 20% each of the daily requirements of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5, needed to break down carbohydrates), vitamin B6, vitamin C, and potassium - more than twice the potassium of a banana.

And those are just half of its benefits. And all the reasons why should try this Loaf Toast with Par boiled Egg with smashed Avo and sautéed mushrooms.

Kale Omlette and Avo

I love kale. It's dubbed as the World's most Nutritious Food and I gotta agree. This Power veg contains very little fat, but a large portion of the fat in it is the omega-3 fatty acid called alpha linolenic acid. Many studies have shown that people who eat enough lutein and zeaxanthin have a much lower risk of macular degeneration and cataracts, two very common eye disorders, and this power veg has a whole load of that nutrient packed into it. You may not want to incorporate it as a part of your salad - it tastes a little bitter and I find that hard to digest. You could forgo the bitter part by beating it into your egg omelette along with cut up zucchinis and button mushrooms. Cause when sautéed, Kale gets a little sweeter. Plate it along with Side roasted sweet potatoes and Seasoned Avocado. Viola! you are on your way to a good start!

Paleo Inspired Avo Breakfast

The Paleolithic diet (also called the paleo diet, caveman diet or stone-age diet is based mainly on foods presumed to have been available to Paleolithic humans.Wide variability exists in the way the diet is interpreted. However, the diet typically includes vegetables, fruits, nuts, roots, and meat while excluding foods such as dairy products, grains, sugar, legumes, processed oils, salt, and alcohol or coffee. The diet is based on avoiding not just modern processed foods, but rather the foods that humans began eating after the Neolithic Revolution when humans transitioned from hunter-gatherer lifestyles to settled agriculture. If you ever decide to go on a Paleo diet, remember to include this 2 Sunny-side up accompanied with Loaf Toast topped with sour cream, raw avocadoes, kidney beans and sautéed kale. You can thank Dinesh later.

Poached Eggs on Sourdough Toast and a dollop of Avocado Smash

This is the ultimate perfect recipe for people who take breakfast very seriously and are always looking forward to a spread. About Me

Billionaire. Philanthropist. Gregarious. Intuitive. Depends on which you choose to believe. I can't possibly think of how a person can describe oneself in just one whole paragraph. 26 years on, and I still think the dictionary has yet to come up with words to describe a person like me. Food is all you need to appease me for some time. The ultimate substance of knowledge blows me over.
